Kristin Eldon Whylly

Kristin supports the wider program team by managing ongoing projects to promote the Foundation’s strategy, particularly in the Diverse Intelligence and Accelerating Research on Consciousness initiatives. She also coordinates the Foundation’s ongoing effort to improve processes through the continuous improvement program and has been the Foundation’s lead in implementing a new grant management system. Kristin manages and implements the Foundation’s new policies to promote open science and has coordinated the launch of its Open Access Policy. She also develops grant proposals that promote open science.

Before joining the Foundation, Kristin was a Grant Administrator at First Trust Bank Limited Ltd. Before moving back to the Bahamas, Kristin lived in the UK. She was a Business Analyst and Portfolio Manager at EcoSecurities, an organization that sourced, developed, and traded carbon emission reductions.

Kristin holds an MSc in Environment & Development from London School of Economics.
